DTFC Jillaroos – Championing Girls’ Football in Dunsborough
At Dunsborough Town Football Club, supporting girls and women in football isn’t just an initiative — it’s one of our core values. Over the past decade, DTFC has become one of the strongest advocates for female football in the South West, creating pathways for girls of all ages to play, grow, and belong.
Our commitment to the women’s game was recognised at state level when DTFC was named a finalist in the 2025 Football West Community Football Awards for “Championing Women’s Football.”
This honour reflects years of work building inclusive programs, strong female pathways, and a vibrant community where girls feel welcomed and supported.
What Are the Jillaroos?
The DTFC Jillaroos is our dedicated girls’ football program — a Friday night league designed specifically for fun, skill development, confidence, and connection. The Jillaroos program is open to girls aged 8–16 and brings together teams from across the region. It’s football the way it should be for young girls:
